COMMiSIONS
Over the past twenty years I have undertaken a number of commissions for people wanting a painting for themselves or for someone's special birthday, anniversary or wedding gift.
I have been commissioned to paint landscapes from all over the world; New Zealand, Scotland, Switzerland, Sweden, Lake District, the River Thames, Wales, Suffolk, Balearic Islands and Hertfordshire!
People usually have a particular place in mind, whether it is recognisable to others or not, it can hold important memories. These can range from seascapes, mountains, landmarks, a beloved view or a back garden!

How it works
Firstly you may have a photograph that you would like recreated, or you may have a place in mind and you or/and I can do some research to find something that suits. Of course if it is possible, I will work on site and can take my own imagery.​
We will work closely together to agree on a budget, time frame, size, colours, style, atmosphere. It will be bespoke and unique to your request.
Then....

Once this is all agreed I will then keep you updated with my progress keeping in mind your time frame. I can give you as much detail as you'd like on how it is going. On occasion I'll check in with you if you might like to add another element or colour for example. Or some prefer to leave it entirely as a surprise and let the magic happen!
